This mural titled “Painting History” was the winning design for the Port Washington Mural Project sponsored by Residents Forward. The concept was to educate and communicate to our community some of the major historical facts that have taken place over the past 400 years. The wall consists of seven recessed panels that are presented here in the order that they will appear on the wall. It was completed in the fall of 2019 on Main Street in Port Washington NY. The town hosted an unveiling ceremony for the community. Live music and an assortment of refreshments were served to celebrate with the community. Newsday featured a story about the mural as well as an online video clip of the project.
